Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all 50 United States and internationally (additional shipping fees may apply)
What happens if it rains, will it get damaged?
If installed properly, your robotic lawn mower should return to it is charging unit and turn off. Once you purchase your TLG robotic lawn mower, the instructional guide as well as online video guide will help you prevent damage to your new best friend.
Can it fetch me a beer?
We get this question a lot and while it can not fetch you a beer, the hours it will save you, will allow you to setup some lawn chairs and get a nice BBQ going while your watch your robotic best friend do all the work.
PS : We have asked our engineers to incorporate this feature on a future release - but they keep getting drunk in the process - feature unlikely.
When will you ship out pre-orders?
All orders will be shipped out September 1st-Sept 15th in the order they are received. 
Is it safe around children?
Our TLG robotic lawn mower does have both bump and lift detection to back away from the object or turn off when lifted to help prevent injury, and you can turn it off from your mobile app while you have guests or children playing in the yard. However we STRONGLY recommend educating young children that this is not a toy.
How do I set the boundaries of my lawn?
You can use our iPhone or Android App to outline the boundary lines of your lawn.
Will this work on hills or bumpy terrain?
Yes, it will work on hills up to 30 degree incline and most bumpy terrain.
Do I have to charge it?
Nope! All your have to do is plug in the docking station and the TLG robotic lawn mower should return back to dock when it has finished mowing your lawn or needs to recharge to complete the task.
